Sound Hard has re-opened!
The health and safety of our customers and associates is our top priority. We want to ensure you feel safe and comfortable when you're shopping with us. To that end, we offer multiple ways for you to shop—in store, on soundhard.com, by phone. We also offer Contactless Curbside Pickup and same-day delivery in the New Orleans Metro Area.
We've updated our store with safety efforts to help us serve you in an environment that's safe for everyone. We appreciate your understanding as we implement our safety protocols. We are thrilled to safely welcome you back into our store.
To ensure the protection of our customers and associates, we are requiring everyone to wear a face mask or adequate face covering when in our store.
Our safety protocols include:
- • Increased thorough and regular cleaning throughout the store
- • Making hand sanitizer available throughout the store
- • Limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at a time
- • Reduced hours of store operation
When visiting our store, we ask that you:
- • Utilize our curbside pickup and same-day delivery options for orders
- • If possible, please make an appointment prior to your in-store visit
- • Do not enter the store if you are sick or were exposed to COVID-19
- • Wear adequate face coverings or masks
- • Practice social distancing by staying six feet away from others
- • Request assistance before handling merchandise
