Happy Holidays from Sound Hard! As the year winds down we'd like to reach out and say thanks you for all the continued support, and we hope you have a joyful season and restful break. 

As you should be aware, the holidays can be a pain for shipments, so first we'd like to give a quick reminder that delays in shipments are to be expected through the end of the year. Please know that we are doing our best to ensure you receive your orders in time for when you need it. With that said, we currently cannot guarantee any EXPRESS or GROUND shipments to arrive within the selected carriers' "guaranteed" or "expected" delivery time. (This applies to USPS, FedEx, and UPS options). We are working with these carriers to reimburse paid shipments for delayed "guaranteed" shipments, although that processing is slowed at this time of year as well. 

Please keep this in mind when placing your next order through the end of the year, as well as refer to the updates below:

Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Times 

Expedited orders shipping via FedEx or UPS, received by 2pm CST will be shipped out the same day. Ground shipments, or if USPS or DHL is required, order must be received by 12pm CST. 

Additionally, Same-Day Rental Orders (Rentals scheduled to ship same-day of order) may require additional testing time or quality control. If a shipping update is necessary, you will be contacted immediately to work out the best option for receiving your order in time.

    "Guaranteed Delivery Times" 

    Please note, we've seen big increase in expedited shipments being delayed, and not arriving by the "guaranteed delivery time". Please take this into account and allot enough time to receive your order before the time it's needed. If you pay for expedited shipping with a "guaranteed delivery date, and your order is delayed, we will work with the carrier to refund any shipping costs incurred. Sound Hard cannot guarantee that the selected carrier will honor a reimbursement of these costs, but we will do our best to make it right.
