Shipping and Return Policy
We strive to fulfill orders the same day they are placed on the website. Standard shipping time is via FedEx Express, and takes 2-3 days to arrive in the lower 48 states.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours, 8:30am - 6pm CST. We understand that the nature of production sound sometimes demands emergency solutions, so we are sometimes able to accommodate late delivery cutoff times and even weekend shipping. Please contact us to organize.
You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus return shipping charges. Please make sure packaging is intact and all accessories are included, and do not put labels on the manufacturer packaging. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value, and will cover all shipping costs if you choose to go this route!
